Our last event, way back in July, saw Erik Techgnosis Davis and Ken Destroy All Monsters Hollings take to the mics to discuss electronic music, space and aether in one of our most memorable nights yet.

With Erik back in town for a few days, we've taken the opportunity to stage a rematch - this time in the style of a dialogue between these two great minds, complete with a soundtrack, mixed live from Simon James, who has collaborated with Ken on numerous projects. Expect spontaneous eruptions of wit, weirdness and wisdom on matters of cosmic importance from the Amazing Criswell to Zoroaster, on Earth as it is in Heaven, from Outer Space to you.


Following the mindclash, we'll be screening the little known hour-long British '50s sci-fi gem Fire Maidens from Outer Space.

In the words of Mr Hollings:
"British low-budget sci fi from 1954 involving chain-smoking astronauts, the dancing female descendants of Atlantis somehow relocated to one of the moons of Jupiter - 'alien landscape' sequences filmed in the Kent countryside but with eerie music playing over it..."

With any luck, we may also have copies of Journal One back from the printers by then, making attendees the first people in the known universe to see it, and hopefully, buy it!
